RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $864.00
VACATION PAY TO ANNETTE DIETZ AS EXECUT-
IVE DIRECTOR OF CLEAN COMMUNITY COMMISS-
ION, RESIGNEE.
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of October, 1979, Annette Dietz
resigned from employment as the Executive Director of Clean
Community Commission in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Annette Dietz has earned and is entitled to 20
days vacation pay, in the amount of $864.00, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Annette Dietz be paid the total amount of $864.00,
being payment in full for above mentioned earned vacation, and
that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized, em-
powered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said gum
and deliver the same to Annette Dietz.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 27th day of August ,
1979, approved by the Mayor on 27th day of August , 1979.
