RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PAY ESTIMATE NO .
4 (FINAL) DATED JULY 12 , 1979 FROM DALE J. CLARK
CONTRACTING CO . FOR WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL
FURNISHED FOR MARTIN ROAD AND CEDAR TERRACE DRIVE
DRAINAGE STRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS , CONTRACT NO . 100
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY, AND RESOLUTION NO.
26455 RESCINDED.
WHEREAS , Dale J . Clark Contracting Co . , Cedar Falls , Iowa, has
performed work and furnished material in connection with Martin Road
and Cedar Terrace Drive Drainage Structure Improvements , Contract No .
100 , in the City of Waterloo , Iowa and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said services rendered by
the said Dale J. Clark Contracting Co . , as shown on Engineer ' s state-
ment dated July 12 , 1979 is $6 , 752 . 70 , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Dale J. Clark Contracting Co. , be paid the sum of $6 , 752 . 70
being payment for the statement dated July 12 , 1979 , on said contract
for services rendered in connection with the Martin Road and Cedar
Terrace Drive Drainage Structure Improvements , Contract No. 100 , in
the City of Waterloo , Iowa, and the Finance Director, be , and he is
hereby, authorized, empowered, and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to the said Dale J. Clark Contracting
Co . , of Cedar Falls , Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Resolution No , 26455 adopted by the
City Council of the City of Waterloo on August 13 , 1979 be rescinded.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of August , 1979 .
