RESOLUTION APPRCWING THE SITE PLAN FOR
PAYLESS CASHWAY, INC. , SOUTHWESTERLY OF
THE INTERSECTION OF WEST RIDGEWAY AVE-
NUE AND U.S. HIGHWAY 63.
WHEREAS, Home Savings & Loan Association, has proposed
that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site
plan for Payless Cashway, Inc. , southwesterly of the intersect-
ion of West Ridgeway Avenue and U. S. Highway 63, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 4, 1979 at
7 :00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
as provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
on the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan, with
off-street parking not extended closer than 40 ' to public right-
of-way, waived , and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed , with off-street parking not
extended closer than 40 ' to public right-of-way, waived , now,
theref ore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the site plan for Payless Cashway, Inc. , southwesterly
of the intersection of West Ridgeway Avenue and U. S. Highway 63,
with off-street parking not extended closer than 40 ' to public
right-of-way, waived , be, and the same is hereby, approved.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of September, 1979, approved
by the Mayor this 4th day of September, 1979.
