A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON VACATION
OF TWO EASEMENTS AT 229 SOUTHCREST DRIVE AS
SEPTEMBER 24, 1979, AT 7:00 P.M. IN COUNCIL
CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
F OLLOWS:
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Water-
loo, Iowa at 7 :00 o' clock P.M. , on the 24th day of September, 1979,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate
two easements lying along the North lot line and South lot line of
Lot 131 , Cedar Terrace Third Addition, known as 229 Southcrest Drive,
requested by Mike Crawley on behalf of Marvin Kalvert , owned by the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, described as follows:
The eight (8) foot eight (8) inch easement
lying along the north lot line of Lot 131,
and the eight (8) foot eight (8) inch ease-
ment lying along the south lot line of Lot
131 , Cedar Terrace Third Addition, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice
of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Daily Courier,
in the manner provided by Section 362. 3 of the 1975 Code of Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of September, 1979.
