RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A WARRANTY
DEED FROM GETTY REFINING AND MARKETING COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That
the warranty deed, dated August 8, 1979, from Getty Refining and
Marketing Company, conveying unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
certain real property described as follows:
Lots Two (2) and Three (3) , Block Forty (40) ,
in the original plat on the East side of the
Cedar River, in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
Subject to covenants, easements, reservations
and restrictions of record, and to public
roads, streets and highways , and to all
limitations of and restrictions on access
to and from said public roads, streets and
highways, and to zoning laws, and to special
assessment installments for calendar year,
1980, and subsequent years , and to general
taxes for fiscal year beginning July 1, 1979,
and ending June 30, 1980 (which become de-
linquent October 1, 1980, and April 1, 1981)
and subsequent years,
be, and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of September, 1979, approved by the
Mayor on 4th day of September, 1979 .
