RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM
DEED FROM BLACK HAWK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
FOR PART OF SECTION 10-89-13.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Quit Claim Deed, dated August 28, 1979, from Black Hawk
County Board of Supervisors conveying .,unto the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, certain real property in part of Section 10-89-13, des-
cribed as follows :
The North 30 ft in even width of that part
of the SW3 SE4 Sec. 10-89-13 lying NE of R.R.
Exc. the East 25 ft thereof and also Exc 60 ft
in even width lying adjacent to NE line of R.R.
for street and storm sewer purposes,
be, and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of September, 1979,
approved by the Mayor on 4th day of September, 1979 .
