RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING CONTRACT
WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SUR-
VEYING, INC. , FOR SANS SOUCI DRIVE SANITARY
SEWER PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 192 .
WHEREAS , engineering services for Sans Souci Drive Sanitar
Sewer Program, Contract No. 192 , in the City of Water y
Waterloo, Iowa , are
needed, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Contract dated August 4, 1979 for the Sans Souci
Drive Sanitary Sewer Program, Contract No. 192, by
g and between Wayne
Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa an
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
the

Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa,
