A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION TO THE HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT FOR 50 UNITS OF HOUSING
UNDER THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING ASSISTANCE PRO-
GRAM AS SEPTEMBER 24, 1979 AT 7 : 00 P ,M, IN COUNCIL
CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7 : 00 o' clock P ,M, , on the 24th day of September, 1979, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application to the
Housing and Urban Development Department for 50 units of housing
under the Section 8 Existing Housing Assistance Program requested.

Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Dgily
Courier, in the manner provided by Section 362 . 3 of the 1979 Code
of Iowa,
Passed and adopted this 10th day of Sember, 1979 .
