RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A RIGHT-OF-
WAY ACQUISITION AGREEMENT NO . 79-1-112 FOR PROPOSED
FREEWAY 520 WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right-Of-Way Acquisition Agreement No . 79-1-112 with

acquisition of right-of-way for Freeway 520 from its junction
with U. S . Highway 63 easterly approximately 4. 5 miles in the t

City of Waterloo ,by and between the Iowa Department of Trans-
portation and the City of Waterloo , Iowa,be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo ,Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of September , 1979 .
