RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A RIGHT-OF-
WAY ACQUISITION AGREEMENT NO. 79-1-014 FOR PROPOSED
FREEWAY 380 WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Right-Of-Way Acquisition Agreement No. 79-1-014 with
Iowa Department of Transportation dated September 10, 1979 ,for
acquisition of right-of-way for Freeway 380 from just east of
the Cedar River Westerly approximately 2 . 9 miles in the City of
Waterloo,by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowabe and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of September, 1979 .
