RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A BRIDGE
CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT NO. 79-12-100 FOR PROPOSED
1-380 AND FREEWAY 520 WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Bridge Construction Agreement No. 79-12-100 with Iowa
Department of Transportation, dated September 10 , 1979 to proceed
with construction of bridge over the Cedar River for proposed I-
380 and Freeway 520 in the City of Waterloo,by and between the
Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of September, 1979 .
