RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A PRE-DESIGN
PROJECT AGREEMENT NO 79-P-006 FOR PROPOSED INTERSTATE
380 WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Pre-design Project Agreement No. 79-P-006 with Iowa
Department of Transportation, dated September , 10 , 1979 , for pro-
posed Interstate 380 in the City of Waterloo,by and between the
Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, aid the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of September, 1979 .
