RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT FROM
BRICE ,PETRIDES ,AND ASSOCIATES , INC . ,ENGINEERS ,FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR FOURTH STREET BRIDGES WALKWAY
CANOPY,MINOR CONTRACT NO. 91 ,AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS , BRICE ,PETRIDES ,AND ASSOCIATES , INC . ,Engineers ,
Waterloo, Iowa have rendered engineering services in connection
with the Fourth Street Bridge Walkway Canopy Minor Contract No.
91 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Brice,Petrides , and Associates , Inc . , as
shown in their statement dated August , 1979 is
$5 , 392 . 69 ,now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that Brice, Petrides , and Associates , Inc . ,be paid the sum of
$5 , 32. 69 being payment for the statement on said contract for
engineering services rendered in connection with the Fourth
Street Bridge Walkway Canopy,Minor Contract No. 91 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director,be , and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Brice,Petrides , and Associates
Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of September, 1979 .
