RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-uaAZ ASSURANCE
STATEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS FROM IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAIER1,00,
IOWA, that Right of Way Assurance Statement for Federal Aid Pre—
jects dated September 17, 1979 from Highway Division of Iowa De-
partment of Transportation be, and the same is hereby, approved,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED chat the Mayor and City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Right of
Way Assurance Statement from the Iowa State Highway Commission in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of September, 1979.
