RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING DESIGN
CONTRACT WITH BRICE, PET RIDES & ASSOCI-
ATES, INC. , FOR SIXTH STREET BRIDGE.
WHEREAS, engineering services for Sixth Street Bridge, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are needed , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Contract dated September 17 , 1979 for the
Sixth Street Bridge by and between Brice, Petrides & Associates,
Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved , and the Mayor and City Clerk auth-
orized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of September, 1979.
