A RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE
OF COST, ETC. , FOR F .Y. 1980 SIDEWALK PRO-
GRAM, CONTRACT NO. 46.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Engineer, to prepare and file plans specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost , etc. , for the con-
struction of the F.Y. 1980 Sidewalk Program, Contract No. 46,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specificat-
ions, and
WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans, specificat-
ions, form of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. ,
and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having consider-
ed the same, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost , etc. , be, and the same are here-
by, preliminarily approved.
Passed and preliminarily approved this 17th day of Sept-
ember, 1979.
