RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS WATERLOO HOUSING AUTHORITY, ESTABLISHING THE ADMISSION
POLICY FOR THE WATERLOO
SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING PROJECT IA05-E050-005.
WHEREAS, the Waterloo Housing Authority, on behalf of Waterloo
Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. , is making application to the U. S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development for fifty (50) units of Section
8 Existing Housing; and,
WHEREAS, the Admission Policy must be filed with said application; and,
WHEREAS, the Admission Policy currently in use for other Section 8
Existing Housing projects is hereby amended; and,
WHEREAS, the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires
that the Admission Policy be submitted with the Equal Opportunity Housing
Plan in conjunction with said application,
NOW THEREFOREBE IT RESOLVED that after a Public Hearing was held on the
matter, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as the Waterloo
Housing Authority, establishes the attached Admissions Policy for the Section
8 Existing Housing project IA05-E050-005.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of September, 1979, approved by the
Mayor this 24th day September, 1979.
