RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS WATERLOO HOUSING AUTHORITY, ESTABLISHING THE ADMINISTRATIVE
PLAN FOR THE WATERLOO NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES, INC.
SPONSORED SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING PROJECT IA05-E050-005.
WHEREAS, the Waterloo Housing Authority, on behalf of Waterloo
Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. , is making application to the U. S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development for fifty (50) units of Section
8 Existing Housing; and,
WHEREAS, the Administrative Plan msut be filed with said application; and,
WHEREAS, the Administrative Plan currently in use for other Section 8
Existing Housing projects is hereby amended; and,
WHEREAS, the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires
that the Administrative Plan be submitted with said application,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that after a Public Hearing was held on the
matter, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as the Waterloo
Housing Authority, establishes the attached Administrative Plan for the Section
8 Existing Housing project IA05-E050-005.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of September, 1979, approved by the
Mayor this 24th day of September, 1979.
