RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON VACAT-
ION OF A 25 ' BUILDING SETBACK LINE ALONG
E AST SIDE OF LOT 1, L OCKARD ADDITION, AS
OCTOBER 15, 1979 AT 7 :00 P.M. IN COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00 o' clock P.M. , on 15th day of
October, 1979, for the purpose of considering and acting upon
a proposal to vacate 25 ' building setback line located along
east side of Lot 1 , Lockard Addition requested by Karen Mc-
Donald Johnson, owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier, in the manner provided by Section 362.3 of the 1979
Code of Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of September, 1979.
