A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS
FROM LOIS V. HAMER AND DONALD N. HAMER IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROPOSED DETENTION
POND UPSTREAM FROM FREEWAY 520 ALONG DRY
RUN CREEK.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo is engaged in obtaining easements
for the proposed detention pond upstream from Freeway 520 along Dry Run
Creek, and
WHEREAS , Lois V, Hamer and Donald No Hamer are title holders of
property required for said easements , and
WHEREAS, Lois V. Hamer and Donald Na Hamer have provided ease-
ment documents for said project,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that permanent easement documents
from Lois V. Hamer and Donald N. Hamer be hereby approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said permanent easements be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder.
