RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DOCUMENT FROM
MERRILD AND ALEATHA FORTUNE , 3541 HAMMOND
AVENUE IN CONJUNCTION WITH' THE CONSTRUCTION
AND MAINTENANCE OF STORM SEWER FACILITIES
FOR THE EXTENSION OF FLAMMANY DRIVE (CONTRACT
NO. 166) ,
WHEREAS , the City of Waterloo needs certain easements for con-
structing storm sewer facilities along Flammang Drive and in conjunction
with Contract No. 166 , and
WHEREAS , Merrild and Aleatha Fortune are titleholders of pro-
perty required for said easements , and
WHEREAS, Merrild and Aleatha Fortune have provided easement
documents for said project,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO that permanent easement documents from Merrild and Aleatha
Fortune be hereby approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said permanent easement be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder,
Passed and adopted this 24th day of September, 1979.
