RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACTS AND BONDS OF CEDAR
FALLS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC . FOR UDAG PROJECT PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS,PHASE I,SECTION 1,SECTION 1,ALTERNATE A,
AND FOR PHASE I,SECTION 2 , AND SECTION 2 ,ALTERNATE A,
CONTRACT NO0 175 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contracts of Cedar Falls Construction Company Inc . of
Waterloo,Phase I,Section 1 and Section 1, Alternate A,and for
Phase I,Section 2 , and Section 2 ,Alternate A,Contract No. 175 ,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo,Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 24th day
of September,1979 together with the accompanying bonds for the
faithful performance of said contracts signed by the United Fire
and Casualty Company of Cedar Ra.pids,Iowa ,as surety thereon,be
and the same are hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of September, 1979 .
