PHASE I, UDAG PROJECT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS,CONTRACT NO
175 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contracts of See Electric ,Inc .of Waterloo, Iowa for sections
3 & 4,UDAG Project Public Improvements,phase I,Contract No, 175.
in the City of Waterloo,Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa,by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 24th day
of September,1979 together with the accompanying bonds for the
faithful performance of said contracts signed by the Merchants
Mutual Bonding Company of Des Moines , Iowa,as surety thereon,be and
the same are hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of September, 1979 ,
