RESOLUTION APPROZING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 18, 1979 FROM
ROBINSON ENGINEERING COMPANY, FOR ENGIN-
EERING SERVICES FOR SANITARY SEWER TO
SERVE HAWVER COURT, AND AUTHORIZING PAY-
MENT .ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Robinson Engineering Company, Engineers, Waterloo,
Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection with the
Sanitary Sewer to serve Hawver Court in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Robinson Engineering Company, as
shown in their statement dated September 18, 1979, is $187. 50,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Robinson Engineering Company, be paid the sum of $187. 50
being payment for the statement dated September 18, 1979, on
said contract for engineering services rendered in connection
with the Sanitary Sewer to serve Hawver Court in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to the said Robinson Engin-
eering Company, of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of September, 1979.
