RESOLUTION APPRQJING ,AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 7, 1979 FROM
BRICE, PET RIDES & ,ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DRAINAGE STRUCT-
URE REPLACEMENT FOR MARTIN ROAD AND CEDAR
TERRACE DRIVE CONTRACT NO. 100, .AND AUTH-
ORIZING PAYMENT ,ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connect-
ion with the Drainage Structure Replacement for Martin Road
and Cedar Terrace Drive Contract No. 100, in the City of Water-
loo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & .Associates, Inc. ,
as shown in their statement dated September 7, 1979, is $1, 539.
81, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum of $1,
539. 81 being payment for the statement dated September 7, 1979,
on said contract for engineering services rendered in connection
with the Drainage Structure Replacement for Martin Road and Cedar
Terrace Drive Contract No. 100, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, em-
powered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum
and deliver the same to the said Brice, Petrides & .Associates,
