RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 7, 1979 FROM
BRICE, PET RIDES & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR WEST RIDGEWAY
AVENUE STREET PROJECT, PHASE II, CON-
TRACT NO. 165, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
,ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Street Project , Phase
II, Contract No. 165, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering
services, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates,
Inc. , as shown in their statement dated September 7, 1979, is
$19, 853. 31 , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That Brice, Petrides & .Associates:, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $19, 853. 31 being payment for the statement dated
September 7, 1979, on said contract for engineering services
rendered in connection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Street
Project , Phase II, Contract No. 165, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, auth-
orized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to the said Brice, Petrides
& Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of September, 1979.
