RESOLUTION .APPROVING PAYMENT OF $3, 101 . 68
SICK LEAVE .AND VACATION PAY TO HARRY HEIN-
ICK, RETIREE OF STREET DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of September, 1979, Harry Heinick
retired from employment in the Street Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Harry Heinick is entitled to payment for 364 hours
of sick leave, in the amount of $2,060 . 24, and
WHEREAS, Harry Heinick has earned and is entitled to 184
hours vacation pay, in the amount of $1, 041 . 44, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Harry Heinick be paid the total amount of $3, 101 .68,
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Harry Heinick.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 1st day of October,
1979, approved by the Mayor on 1st day of October, 1979.
