HomeMy WebLinkAbout26561-10.01.1979 RESOLUTION NO. 2 6 5 6 1 RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $781 .08 SICK LEAVE AND V.AC,ATION PAY TO SCOTT JA- COBS, OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARKING FACILITIES. WHEREAS, on the 27th day of September, 1979, Scott Jacobs terminated his employment in the Motor Vehicle Parking Facilities Department in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , and WHEREAS, Scott Jacobs is entitled to payment for 124 days of sick leave, in the amount of $554. 68, and WHEREAS, Scott Jacobs has earned and is entitled to 40 hours vacation pay, in the amount of $226. 40, now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that Scott Jacobs be paid the total amount of $781.08, being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Scott Jacobs.
