RESOLUTION ,APPROVING PAYMENT OF $591 .82 SICK
LEAVE TO JOHN NILSON, JR. , OF SEWER DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of September, 1979, John Wilson,
Jr. , terminated his employment in the Sewer Department in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, John Wilson, Jr. , is entitled to payment for 97%
hours of sick leave, in the amount of $591, 82, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that John Wilson, Jr. , be paid the total amount of $591 .82,
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and that
the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and de—
liver the same to John Wilson, Jr.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 1st day of October,
1979, approved by the Mayor on 1st day of October, 1979.
