RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND
OF U AND I CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. , OF WATER—
LOO, IOWA, FOR F.Y. 1980 SIDEWALK PROGRAM,
CONTRACT NO. 46.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the contract of U and I Construction Co. , Inc. , of
Waterloo, Iowa, for F .Y. 1980 Sidewalk Program, Contract No.
46 in t'he City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the
8th day of October, 1979, together with the accompanying bond
for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
Merchants Mutual Bonding Company, of Des Moines, Iowa as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of October, 1979.
