RESOLUTION APP ROOST ING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 7, 1979 FROM
TWIN CITY TESTING AND ENGINEERING LAB-
ORATORY, INC. , FOR WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE
STREET PROJECT, PHASE II, CONTRACT NO.
165, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT .ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc. ,
Engineers, Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered laboratory services in
connection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Street Project , Phase
II Contract No. 165, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said laboratory services,
rendered by the said Twin City Testing and Engineering Labortory,
Inc. , as shown in their statement dated September 7 , 1979 is
$44.00, now, theref ore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc. , be paid
the sum of $44.00 being payment for the statement dated September
7 , 1979, on said contract for laboratory services rendered in
connection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Street Project , Phase
II, Contract No. 165, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and de-
liver the same to the said Twin City Testing and Engineering
Laboratory, Inc. , of St . Paul, Minnesota.
