RESOLUTION APPRCWING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED OCTOBER 1 , 1979 FROM
SCHENK ENGINEERING COMPANY, FOR F .Y.
1979 PAVING PROGRAM I, CONTRACT NO. 166,
AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Schenk Engineering Company, Engineers, Waterloo,
Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection with the
F.Y. 1979 Paving Program I , Contract No. 166, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Schenk Engineering Company, as
shown in their statement dated October 1, 1979, is $4, 765.00,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That Schenk Engineering Company, be paid the sum of
$4, 765.00 being payment for the statement dated October 1,
1979, on said contract for engineering services rendered in
connection with the F .Y. 1979 Paving Program I Contract No.
166, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director,
be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered and ordered to
draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same
to the said Schenk Engineering Company, of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of October, 1979.
