RESOLUTION .APPROVING AND .ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED AUGUST 31, 1979 FROM
WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING,
I NC. , FOR EAST SAN MARNAN DRIVE PAVING
& INCIDENTALS, CONTRACT NO. 168, AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT .ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying , Inc. ,
Engineers, Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services
in connection with the East San Marnan Drive Paving & Incident-
als, Contract No. 168, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Wayne Claassen Engineering & Sur-
veying, Inc. , as shown in their statement dated August 31 , 1979,
is $1, 833. 26, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $1, 833. 26 being payment for the statement dated August
31, 1979, on said contract for engineering services rendered in
connection with the East San Marnan Drive Paving & Incidentals
Contract No. 168, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and order-
ed to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to the said Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. ,
of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of October, 1979.
