RESOLUTION RESCINDING COUNCIL ACTION NO. 77125 OF SEPTEMBER
24, 1979, DENYING VACATION OF EASEMENT IN SECTION 2-88N-13W
FOR M&K ENTERPRISES.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the request of M&K Enterprises to vacate
an easement in Section 2-88N-13W, and
WHEREAS, opponents and proponents were heard at said hearing, and
WHEREAS, the City Council acted to deny said request, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that Council
Action No. 77125 of September 24, 1979 be rescinded.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of October, 1979.
