RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $1, 765.40 TO
WILLIAM BISDORF, $308. 18 TO DEWAYNE SWANGER
AND $300.84 TO GEORGE ZINGG, SICK LEAVE AND
VACATION PAY OF PARKS DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of September, 1979, William Bisdorf,
DeWayne Swanger, and George Zingg, terminated from employment in
the Parks Department in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, William Bisdorf, DeWayne Swanger and George Zingq
is entitled to payment for sick leave, and
WHEREAS, William Bisdorf, DeWayne Swanger and George Zingq
has earned and is entitled to vacation pay, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that William Bisdorf be paid the total amount of $1, 765.40
and DeWayne Swanger be paid the total amount of $308. 18 and George
Zingq be paid the total amount of $300.84, being payment in full
for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation, and that the
Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered and
ordered to draw warrants accordingly for said sums and deliver
the same to William Bisdorf , DeWayne Swanger and George Zingq.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 8th day of October,
1979, approved by the Mayor on 8th day of October, 1979.
