RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING POLICE DEPARTMENT TO
PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT BODY ARMOR REPLACEMENT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-617, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., for the Police Department Body
Armor Replacement Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on July 19, 2010 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the Police
Department Body Armor Replacement Program be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 2010.
