NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice i5 hereby given that on the 1st day
of May 2023, at 5:30 p.m., in the Harold
E. Getty Council Chambers in the City
Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of the
Clly of Waterloo, lowa, for the sale and
conveyance of City -owned property in the
amount of $1.00 to DMJ Development,
LLC, for the construction of a 14.000
square foot trucking terminal with a future
21,000 square foot expansion, with a
minimum assessed value of 51,400,-
300.00, located east of 115 Warp Drive,
including a Development Agreement with
rebate schedule of 75 percent for years
one through three. 70 percent for years
four and five, and 50 percent for years six
through ten, and Minimum Assessment
Agreement. legally described as follows:
LOT 5. WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL
PARK 3R0 ADDITION, CITY OF WA-
TERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall. Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
