RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
SANS SOUCI DRIVE SANITARY SEWER PROGRAM,
CONTRACT NO. 192.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Lehman Trucking and Excavating, Inc. , of
Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $72, 284.00, for the construct-
ion of the Sans Souci Drive Sanitary Sewer Program, Contract
No. 192, be and is hereby approved for acceptance, the same
being the lowest bid received for said work,
Passed and approved, this 15th day of October, 1979.
