RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH GREATER
CEDAR VALLEY ALLIANCE TO SUPPORT "FULFILLING
THE VISION" CAMPAIGN FOR ECONOMIC VITALITY AT
A COST OF $28,500.00 PLUS INCENTIVES FOR A
TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $85,000.00 AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated July 19, 2010, to support "Fulfilling
The Vision" Campaign for Economic Vitality, at a cost of
$28,500.00 plus incentives for a total not to exceed $85,000.00,
for the period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, by and between
the Greater Cedar Valley Alliance and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 2010.
