RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF BID FROM
ULTRAMAX AMMUNITION OF RAPID CITY, SOUTH
DAKOTA FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT'S FY11
AMMUNITION NEEDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Ultramax Ammunition of Rapid City, South
Dakota for the Police Department's FY11 Ammunition needs,
described in the specifications set out by Police Chief Dan
Trelka for the Council, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
the lowest and only complete bid received for said supplies.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to approve bid
from the said vendor for the purchase of the Police Department's
FY11 Ammunition needs as approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 2010.
