10-4-4, APPROVING A REQUEST BY
PARKS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT,
LLC, ON BEHALF OF PELLA WINDOWS
AND DOORS, FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCT A NEW
31,165 SQUARE FOOT COMMERCIAL
BUILDING IN THE "B-P" BUSINESS
PARK DISTRICT, LOCATED SOUTH OF
4041 HURST DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO. IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
That the request of Parks Property
Management. LLC, on behalf of Pella
Windows and Doors. for a site plan
amendment to the "B-P" Business Park
District, located south of 4041 Hurst
Drive, to construct a new 31,165 square
fool commercial building, and legally
described as follows: LOT 6, TOWER
PARK NO. 7 IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA, shall be and is hereby approved.
