OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION
10-4-4. APPROVING A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT REOUEST BY TONY
FISCHELS TO CONSTRUCT A NEW
50,400 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE/WARE-
HOUSE BUILDING IN THE "M-2,P"
PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT LO-
CATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF LEVERSEE ROAD AND HYPER
DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
That the request of Tony Fischels, for a
site plan amendment to the "M-2,P"
Planned Industrial District, located at the
southeast comer of Leversee Road and
Hyper Drive. to construct a new 50,400
square foot office/warehouse building,
and legally described as follows: WATER-
LOO AIR AND RAIL PARK 2ND
ADDITION WATERLOO LOTS 1 AND 2
AS RECORDED IN COUNTY RECORD-
ERS FILE 2022-00012201 EXCEPT THE
SOUTH 145' THEREOF. CITY OF
WATERLOO. BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA, shall be and is hereby approved.
