LEVI ARCHITECTURE (ON BEHALF OF
STARBUCKS) FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCT AN
APPROXIMATELY 2200 SQUARE FOOT
COFFEE SHOP IN THE "S-1" SHOP-
PING CENTER DISTRICT LOCATED
NORTH OF 115 EAST RIDGEWAY
AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
That the request of Levi Architecture, on
behalf of Slarbucks, for a site plan
amendment to the "S-1" SHOPPING
CENTER DISTRICT LOCATED NORTH
OF 115 EAST RIDGEWAY AVENUE. to
construct an approximately 2,200 square
foot coffee shop, and legally described as
follows: SCHOITZ ADDITION LOT 2,
CITY OF WATERLOO. BLACK HAWK
COUNTY. IOWA. shall be and is hereby
approved.
