Notice is hereby given that on the 15th
day of May 2023, at 5:30 pm., in the
Harold E. Getty Council Chambers in the
City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a
public hearing will be held by the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. to approve
the request by Nihad Masic to vacate,
sell, and convey approximately 1,428
square feet of city -owned right-of-way
subject to the retention of a public utility
easement, in the 'M-1" Light Industrial
District located southeast of 312 Kothe
Avenue, to Nihad Masic in the amount of
$700.00, and Alyssa Roney in the amount
o1 $272.00, legally described as follows:
