RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS AND PROMISSORY
NOTES FOR THE DISASTER RECOVERY BUSINESS
RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contracts and Promissory Notes dated July 19, 2010, for
the Disaster Recovery Business Rental Assistance Program with the
following businesses:
Coco Transportation, LLC, 1414 Lafayette Street $48,000.00
Jam Audio Recording,501 Sycamore Street $3,834.00
Sarajlija Bakery & Grocery, 1206 W. 9th Street $24,000.00
Two 4 Tots, 622 Sycamore Street $8,400.00
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development (CDBG
Contract #08 -DRB -205) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same are hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
