RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS AND PROMISSORY
NOTES FOR THE DISASTER RECOVERY LOAN INTEREST
SUPPLEMENT PROGRAM WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT
OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contracts and Promissory Notes dated July 19, 2010, for
the Disaster Recovery Loan Interest Supplement Program with the
following businesses:
River Plaza Athletic
Club,
10
W. 4th Street
$50,000.00
Midtown Development,
LLC,
501
Sycamore Street
$50,000.00
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development (CDBG
Contract #08 -DRB -205) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same are hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
