RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS AND PROMISSORY
NOTES FOR THE DISASTER RECOVERY EXPANDED
BUSINESS RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contracts and Promissory Notes dated July 19, 2010, for
the Disaster Recovery Expanded Business Rental Assistance Program
with the following business:
Galleria De Paco & Coffee Shop, 622 Commercial Street $7,365.27
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development (CDBG
Contract #08-DRB-205)and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 2010.
