The City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, met in the Mo€lenhoff Conference
Room at City Hall, 715 Mulberry Street,
Waterloo, lotwa, at 10:30 am_ on
December 1, 2021, to receive bids and
refer the sale of $14,200,000 General
Obligation Bonds, Series 2022A, to the
best and mast favorable bidder for cash,
subject to approval of the City Council at
5:00 p_rn. on the above date. The
following persons were present at said
meeting: Michelle Weidner, Chief Finan-
cial Officer, Maggie Burger, Sr_ Vioe
President Speer Finanoial and LeAnn
Even, Deputy City Clerk.
This being the time and place for the
opening of bids for the sale of
$14,200,000 General Obligation Bonds,
Series 2022A, the City Clerk announced
the following bids were received:

adjourned to 5:00 p.m. in the City Halt
Council Chambers on December 1, 2021_

met in Special Session at City Hall
Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, at
5:00 p_m., on Wednesday, December 1,
2021_ Mayor Pro Tem, Sharon Juon in the
Chair_ Beeson, Amos, Morrissey, Fovea,
Klein, Juon. Absent Grieder.

Special Session on December 1, 2021, at
5:00 pin., be accepted and approved_

on consideration of the proposition of

This being the time and place of publto
hearing, the Mayor Pro-Tem called for
written and oral comments and there
were none.

explained that the purpose of the bond
issue is to provide inoentives for
constructing the theme park
