RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., FOR THE YOUNG ARENA ICE FLOOR
COVER.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
Services Director to prepare and file specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., for the Young Arena Ice Floor
Cover, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
