TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day
of June 2023, at 5:30 p.m.. in the Harold
E. Getty Council Chambers in the City
Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa. a public
hearing will be held by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale and
conveyance of City property located at
217 Reed Street, in the amount of
511.000, to Kevin E. Roase and Michelle
L. Rose, with a development agreement,
legally described as follows:
LOT NO. FIVE (5) IN BLOCK NO. SIX (6)
IN EAST PARK PLACE IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,

set for said hearing.
